Working principle
The maintenance-free and high-performance large negative pressure fan in filter sucks the exhaust gas and dust of pollutant sources into the filter from the primary filter element to universal suction arm. Then the exhaust gas and dust are emitted to the air after absorption filtration of main filter. The emitted air reaches the relevant national emission standards for the purpose of protecting the health of staff.
Characteristics and advantages
Good in suction: It can solve the diffusion of chemical gas in the laboratory and smog in the treatment with high-frequency electrotome and laser.
Low noise: It can avoid the secondary pollution due to excessive noise in use process.
No shutdown: It can solve the shutdown of motor due to overheat after continuous operation for a long time.
Easy to operate: It adopts the universal suction arm and matches with various cover mouths to achieve 360° rotation and rotation and stop at optional position, without shielding the operating sight of staff.
No unpleasant smell: Main filter as our company's invention patent (patent No.: ZL2015I0079584.0) can effectively filter the molecule with a diameter of 0.1 um, and its filtration rate is ≥99.99%.
