When one of the main bulb or the auxiliary bulb fails, the control panel The main bulb or auxiliary bulb failure alarm indicator will be on, but the shadowless operation lamp can automatically replace one bulb when the other bulb is burned out to maintain the smooth operation of the operation. There are several situations when the failure indicator of the main bulb and the auxiliary bulb are on:

(1) One of the main bulb or auxiliary bulb failure alarm indicators on the control panel is on and the other is off, and the operation lamp is working normally. Analysis and processing: This fault generally causes the alarm light to turn on due to the failure of one of the main bulb or the auxiliary bulb. Although the operation lamp is automatically switched to the other light to make it still work normally, it is necessary to replace the failed bulb as soon as possible to avoid the main and auxiliary bulbs. The operation is affected when the lights are broken. Turn off the power, unscrew the three fixing screws, pull out the handle assembly, replace the failed bulb, pay attention to replace the bulb with the same specification, pay attention to the position of the insertion hole when inserting the handle assembly into the lamp holder, tighten the three fixing screws and then turn on the power When it is switched on and off, it can return to normal.

(2) The main and auxiliary bulb failure alarm indicators on the control panel are both on, and the shadowless lamp is off. The situation remains the same after replacing the good main and auxiliary bulbs. Analysis and processing: After replacing the bulb under normal conditions, the monitoring circuit should be able to detect it immediately, so it is necessary to find the cause that cannot be monitored. Remove the handle assembly and check the above parts step by step. It is found that the common ends of the main and auxiliary bulb lamp holders have been carbonized, and have been disconnected after measurement, causing the automatic monitoring circuit to fail to detect the bulb. After replacing the lamp holder, the machine returns to normal. (3) The main and auxiliary bulb failure alarm indicators on the control panel are both on, but the operation shadowless lamp does not turn on. Remove the handle assembly to measure the bulb, etc., and then put the handle on the lamp cap and turn it on and it will return to normal, but after one to two days The fault is still there, and it is good and bad after repeated several times. Analysis and processing: This fault is generally a fault of poor contact. Take off the handle assembly and carefully observe the solder joints. No abnormalities are found. Then observe that there are three plugs marked Main, Sub and Com on the handle assembly, which are used to insert the lamp holder. After the socket set is 22.8V, the manufacturer ensures that the three plugs are reliably connected to the socket set on the lamp holder during the design, and a circle of cylindrical middle is placed around the middle of each cylindrical plug. The raised sparse strip-shaped elastic metal sleeve is soldered to the plug with solder. The inspection shows that the elastic metal sleeve on the Com plug and the solder between the two ends of the plug have been unsoldered due to poor contact and heat, which leads to the above Fault. When repairing, they can be eliminated by welding them with electric chromium iron. Be patient when welding. The contact parts at both ends must be welded well, and then polished smoothly with sandpaper after welding. Pay attention to the amount of soldering tin to be even and appropriate. Too little solder will cause unreliable soldering and easy de-soldering. Too much will make the lamp holder assembly unable to be inserted into the socket group of the lamp holder due to the large diameter of the plug.
