Scope of application

It is suitable for sucking heavy polluted working environment, such as: aerosol in dentistry, dermatology, atomization room, gynecology, laboratory, solder fumes and dusty gas or light dust.


Working principle

Adjust the distance from the universal suction arm to the pollution source at 15-25 cm, and form a wind speed of 0.1 m/s - 3 m/s at the hood mouth, and suck the exhaust gas into the smoke exhaust system for filtering or external discharge . The wind speed and volume of the suction can be adjusted steplessly through the spherical valve on the universal suction arm to ensure that the exhaust gas can be effectively sucked in the best state


2. How to use

1. Turn on the main switch of the exhaust system fan.

2. Holding the second section of the suction arm, unfold the folded universal suction arm slightly and point it to the point where the smoke or dust is generated.

3. Adjust the universal arm so that the center point of the unfolded air collecting hood is aligned with the generating point of the moxibustion smoke and dust mist.

4. Adjust the height of the universal suction arm, and the height of the air collecting hood is 15cm~25cm from the smoke or dust generating point.

5. Rotate the air valve knob to adjust the air volume, so that the moxibustion smoke and dust can be inhaled into the air collecting hood naturally and smoothly.

6. By adjusting the arm joint knob, it is better to pull the universal suction arm lightly without sagging (Note: It is not necessary to adjust the arm joint knob every time you use it. The tightness of the arm joint can ensure that the universal suction arm is free. Position rotation is better).

7. After use, the foldable universal suction arm should return to its original position, so it is better not to touch your head or block the user's operation.

Note: After the universal suction hood has been used for 3 to 5 days, it needs to be scrubbed with clean water to ensure its surface is bright and transparent; the temperature-resistant acrylic of the suction hood is 70°C, and the POE is 100°C.
